Dan, a naturally gifted performer, is the eldest of four children in a non-musical family. His father, a plant manager for a manufacturing facility, and his mother, a homemaker, have no idea where Dan's singing talent came from but they have always enthusiastically supported his musical dreams. His love for R&B music has influenced many of the new songs on O2. Dan has also contributed to the album with “American Game” which he and Jacob co-wrote.
