The One for Me

Chapter 1

In Orlando- Dan�s point if view

�I�m so excited to be going to my home town.� I said, while getting on the plane. All the guys knew why I was excited.

�The only reason your excited is cause your woman is there!� Trevor said while taking his seat. I shot him an evil look.

�Ok I take it back.� Trevor said while grabbing his disc man. He put it on and started to sing.

�Dan aren�t you really excited about seeing Alicia?� Ashley asked me while taking his seat beside me.

�I�ve never been more excited. I haven�t seen her for a while. And it�ll be extra special cause it�s in our home town.� I said while getting comfortable and grabbing my photo album out of my bag. I looked at all the pictures of Alicia and I.

�Who�s that?� Ashley asked me, looking at a picture of Alicia�s best friend, Alyssa.

�That�s Alicia�s best friend.� I said while looking at the picture of her.

�She�s really pretty.� Ashley said, almost drooling over the picture of her. I laughed and turned the page. A few hours later we arrived in Twinsburg. I got off the plane and started looking for Alicia.

Alicia�s point of view

Dan�s plane had just landed, so I was looking all over for him. I then spotted him. I ran up to him and gave him a hug. He pulled away and kissed me.

�Dan I missed you so much!� I said, still hugging him.

�Alicia, I missed you more then you can imagine. You look so beautiful!� Dan said and we walked over to the other guys, hand in hand. I was so happy to see Dan I totally forgot Alyssa was there.

�Ok guys this is my best friend Alyssa. Alyssa this is Trevor, Jacob, Erik and the heartthrob of the group, Ashley.� I said and she laughed. I knew Alyssa had a thing for Ashley.

�Hey guys it�s a pleasure to meet you.� Alyssa said. Ashley came up beside Dan.

�Wow she�s more beautiful in person. And she seems really sweet.� Ashley said to Dan and I, obliviously falling head over heels for Alyssa.

�Yes she is Ashley. Now even though were here, we still have to do work. We have to go to our dance practise. You guys are coming right?� Dan said to Alyssa and I. We both nodded our heads and walked out to the car.

Chapter 2

At the dance practise- Alicia�s point of view

�Ok Erik. You�re not hitting that note. Now let�s try this again.� Doc Holliday said. They nodded their heads and started singing. They sang a few songs then Mike and Mike came in.

�For your next performance on the Rosie O�Donnell show, you�re going to be doing Liquid Dreams, All or Nothing and We Fit Together. Also, since a lot of young people watch that show, we can�t allow you to grab your crotch for Liquid Dreams.� Mike Cronin said, and the guys nodded their heads. For the next few hours the guys worked their butts off. Once they were done we decided to go out to dinner. Well we actually didn�t go out. We just went to McDonalds.

�Ok so what does everyone want?� Ashley asked while standing in line with a piece of paper and pen. Everyone gave their order.

�I�m not getting anything.� I said while sitting down. Everyone except Dan and Alyssa looked at me funny.

�She hates McDonalds.� Alyssa said while rolling her eyes.

The next day- Alicia�s point of view

�Baby I have to go.� Dan said while lying beside me on my bed.

�Where are you going?� I asked him, still half asleep.

�Well if you can get ready if 5 minutes, you can come.� Dan said while pulling me up.

�Ok give me 5 minutes.� I said and Dan left. Luckily I had my shower the night before so all I had to do was get changed and do my hair and makeup. I did all that quickly and ran down the stairs. I was surprised when I saw Alyssa standing there.

�What are you doing here?� I asked her while grabbing a bottle of water.

�I�m coming. Ashley asked me to come.� Alyssa said, with happiness written all over her. I smiled and we ran out the door.

I actually had no idea where I was going with the guys, but as long as it meant spending time with Dan, I was happy. We drove for about a half an hour, and then I decided to ask him where we were going.

�Danny, where are we going?� I asked him while holding his hand.

�We�re going to an interview.� Dan said while fixing his hair a little. I kind of laughed because before Dan made the group he didn�t care about his hair.
�Ok well Alyssa and I are going to be allowed to watch right?� I asked him while taking his hand off his hair.

�Of course.� He said and then gave me a kiss. The 2 of us looked at Ashley and Alyssa.

Ashley�s point if view

�So you were born in Redding?� I said to Alyssa. The 2 of us had been talking and I found out that she was born in Redding.

�Yes I was. I lived there until I was 3 and then we moved to Twinsburg.� She said while looking into my eyes.

�Redding is the best.� I said to her while smiling.

�It will always have a place in my heart. I mean I was born there, and wherever your born will always mean something to you.� She said while looking at my shirt. I looked at her funny.

�Alicia says you wear that shirt a lot and you do.� Alyssa said while holding back her laugh.

�Yah I do.� I said while laughing. She smiled at me. She had the most beautiful smile ever.

�Alicia calls it �the grey shirt with that weird symbol on it�.� Alyssa said while looking over at Dan and Alicia who were looking into each other�s eyes and not saying a word.

�That�s true love.� I said to Alyssa, while looking at Dan and Alicia.

�What do you mean?� She asked me, also looking at Dan and Alicia.

�Being able to sit in a room with the person you love and not have to say anything but-� I was about to finish when Alyssa interrupted me.

�But still know what the other person�s thinking without saying a word.� She finished it off for me. I was so happy because she felt the same way about love as I did.

Chapter 3

�Wow. You feel the same way I do.� I said while looking into her eyes. I tried not to make it noticeable that I was looking into her eyes, but it was hard.

�Ok guys were here!� The driver said and we all got out of the limo. We walked into the studio but Andrew stopped Dan and I and pulled as over to the side.

�Your girlfriends can�t go up with you guys.� Andrew said to Dan and I. Dan looked pissed. She was looking forward to coming here, and now he has to tell Alicia she can�t come up.

�Well that ain�t going to happen.� Dan said and walked away. I went after him.

�Dan you have no choice. Look Alicia will understand.� I said to Dan, hoping to make him feel better.

�Yes she will understand but I really wanted her to see this. And that�s a full day I won�t get to spend with her.� Dan said while walking to Andrew.

�Andrew, since I don�t get a choice I have to say yes, but I�m really pissed right now.� Dan said and walked over to Alicia.

Alicia�s point of view

Dan started walking over to me and he didn�t look happy.

�Alicia, Andrew just told us that you and Alyssa can�t come up with us.� Dan said while looking at the ground.

�Ok. I guess I�ll see you whenever.� I said walked away over to Alyssa, who had just heard the news from Ashley.

�Alicia wait!� Dan said to me and grabbed my hand.

�Please don�t be angry.� He said to me while pulling me closer to him.

�I�m not. I was just hoping to get to spend a lot of time with you. You did say this was a holiday. Yet you�ve been working non-stop since you�ve got here. I just want to spend time with the man I love.� I said and Dan pulled me into a tight hug and gave me a kiss.

�I know baby. I�m really sorry.� Dan said and Andrew pulled him into the building. As he was walking up the stairs he blew me a kiss. I smiled at him as he slowly disappeared.

�Ok let�s go do some shopping!� Alyssa said while grabbing my hand. I stopped and she looked at me weird.

�I�m not in the mood. I really just wanted to spend the day with Dan.� I said while sitting in the curb. Alyssa sat beside me.

�I know you did. And let�s make the best of this day. We can go shop and buy a nice new outfit to impress Dan.� Alyssa said with a big grin on her face.

�And when will he get to see my new outfit. The 5 minutes a day I see him?� I asked her while looking out into the distance.

�Look it�s not Dan fault. And right now more then ever he needs you to be there for him. Even if you only see him 5 minutes the whole day. Still show him you�re his number 1 fan. He really needs that from you. He needs to know that you�re cool with this.� Alyssa said. I let everything she said sink in.
�Thank you very much. You�re right. Your are the best!� I said and got up.

Chapter 4

In between 2 interviews- Dan�s point if view

�Why weren�t you all there Dan?� Jacob asked me while sitting down and grabbing a coke.

�Because, I wanted Alicia to be there. I�m sorry guys you just don�t understand.� I said and walked away. Ashley came after me.

�Look I�m sure Alicia and Alyssa are shopping or doing something.� Ashley said to me, trying to cheer me up.

�I know but Alicia looked crushed when I told her. I looked into her eyes and I could tell.� I said while looking out into the streets.

�Alicia loves you. And she may have been hurt, but she understands what your job involves.� Ashley said while getting up. I followed him.

�I know she loves me. But I don�t want her to think that when I�m on a holiday I�ll have no time for her. If she thinks that, she�ll pull away. You don�t know what happened in her pervious relationships.� I said and walked into the next interviewing room. Through the whole interview I was trying my best to concentrate, but I couldn�t. Then the interviewer asked a question, which I knew I could answer well and make Alicia happy.

�Who has girlfriends and who doesn�t?� The interviewer asked us. The guys all looked at me and I nodded my head.

�I have a girlfriend. I�ve been dating her for 2 and a half years. I love you Alicia!� I said, knowing that Alicia was listening.

�Well finally quiet Dan answers a question. Ok well does anyone else have girlfriends?� The interviewer asked.

�I do too! Her name is Alyssa.� Ashley said and I looked at him in shock. I thought they were still just friends.

Alicia�s point if view

�Oh my God! Ashley just told everyone that I�m his girlfriend!� Alyssa said to me, her face lighting up.

�Is he your boyfriend?� I asked her, wondering why she didn�t tell me.

�No! Well I guess we are now, but before this we were just friends.� Alyssa said and started jumping up and down. I laughed.

�And I can�t believe Dan said �I love you Alicia� when all his fans were listening. He must really truly love you.� Alyssa said to me, while grabbing my hand and pulling me. All I did was smile.

Chapter 5

A Few Months later- Alicia�s point of view

The little while Dan and the group were here Alyssa and I didn�t get to spend much time with the guys cause they were working non-stop.

I was driving in my car, when my cell phone rang. I picked it up.

�Hello.� I said to whomever I was talking to.

�Hey you!� Dan said to me.

�Hey Dan.� I said, trying to sound happy.

�You don�t sound happy.� Dan said to me. He knew me too well.

�Dan I haven�t talked to you since you last came here, which was 5 months ago. I kept calling and you never called back.� I said, trying to hold back my tears.

�Look you don�t know how sorry I am. We�ve been super busy.� Dan said, sounding very sorry.

�Well Alyssa has talked to Ashley a few times. How can he make time for her, and you can�t make time for me?� I asked. Ashley had called Alyssa a few times over the past little while. Before all the guys left, he asked her in person to be his girlfriend. They�ve been dating ever since.

�I don�t know how Ashley got time. Look please don�t get mad at me.� Dan said, almost crying.

Alyssa�s point of view

I had just got off the plane to see Ashley. I was looking for him. I saw blonde spiky hair, so I knew it was him. I ran over to him and he pulled me into a tight hug and kissed me. He smiled at me and we walked out of the airport holding hands.

�I�ve missed you so much Alyssa.� Ashley said and gave me another hug. We got into his car and drove to the O-Town house.

�I missed you too Ashley.� I said and while he was driving he took my hand and held it tight.

�What�s wrong?� Ashley asked me, still holding my hand.

�Well Alicia hasn�t talked to Dan since he left Twinsburg. She�s really angry because I�ve talked to you, and he hasn�t called her once.� I said and looked out the window.

�What do you think will happen?� Ashley asked me. I really had no idea. I just hoped that they wouldn�t end the relationship.

Chapter 6

Alicia�s point of view

�Dan how come I keep losing all the guys I date to something they love more?� I said him. My 1st relationship was with a guy named Tom, and he left me because he was still in love with his ex girlfriend. My 2nd relationship was with a guy named Bradley, and he left me because his love for acting was more important. After that I didn�t want to let any guy in, but I let Dan in and I was losing him to his love of music.

�You�re not losing me Alicia.� Dan said.

�If you say so Dan.� I said, holding back my tears.

�I�m sorry Alicia but I got to go.� He said and hung up without saying I love you. I threw my cell phone down on the car seat and started to cry. My cell phone ringing interrupted my crying. I picked it up.

�Hello.� I said, sounding like I was crying.

�Are you ok Alicia?� Trevor said to me. I knew I could tell him everything.

�No I�m a total mess. I really need to see you.� I said to him, hoping we could work something out.

�I�m in Twinsburg. So meet me at Country Style on James Street. How far away from there are you?� Trevor asked me.

�I�m 1 minute away from there. And well I�m driving right now so I�ll be there in less then a minute.� I said, happy I could talk to Trevor.

�Ok I�ll see you then. Bye� Trevor said and hung up the phone. I smiled at myself and drove to the Country Style. I got out of the car and walked into the building. I saw Trevor sitting there and when I looked at him I noticed a handsome man. I blocked that feeling out of my head.

�Hey Trevor.� I said as I sat down. He smiled at me.

�Hey you. So why were you crying?� Trevor asked me.

�Because Dan finally called me and I�m going to lose him.� I said. I felt tears rolling down my face. Trevor took my hand and held it tight. He looked into my eyes.

�He hasn�t called me since he was last here. I understand that he�s busy, but if Ashley can make time to call Alyssa, why couldn�t he make time to return my calls?� I said. Trevor was still holding my hand.

�I don�t know. If I were Dan I would be calling you everyday.� Trevor said and I smiled at him. He leaned in closer to me, and I knew what was going to happen next. Trevor leaned in a little more and kissed me. I didn�t pull away. We kissed for about a minute and we both pulled away.

Chapter 7

In Orlando- Alyssa�s point of view

�Look you need to talk to Dan. You don�t know Alicia. She keeps getting in bad relationships after bad relationships. And she really loves Dan and if she looses him, I don�t know what will happen.� I said to Ashley.

�Look I don�t know what to tell Dan. Don�t you think if he hasn�t called her, he doesn�t want to be with her?� Ashley said with attitude in his voice.

�I can tell you really care about what happens in their relationship!� I said loudly and went into their backyard.

Back in Twinsburg- Alicia�s point of view

�Wow.� Was all I could say to Trevor. There were so many thoughts going through my mind. Guilt, wonder, misunderstanding, happiness. I couldn�t handle it all.

�I�m so sorry Alicia. I didn�t mean to do that-� Before Trevor could continue, I leaned over and kissed him again.

�I�m such a player.� I said, getting very mad at myself.

�You just don�t feel loved by Dan anymore. You�re not a player.� Trevor said to me.

�I don�t feel loved by him anymore. But I still shouldn�t have kissed you.� I said, feeling really guilty. Dan may not love me as much anymore, but he would never ever cheat on me.

�Look it�s all my fault.� Trevor said.

�I have to go back to Orlando with you. I have to tell Dan that I can�t be in a relationship that I don�t feel loved anymore. I was going to do that anyway.� I said and got up. Trevor followed.

�I�ll get you a ticket for tomorrow night. I�m going back tonight.� Trevor said and I nodded my head. We were at my car and it got even more uncomfortable. He leaned in and gave me a hug. I smiled at him and got in my car. I drove home feeling happy and sad.

Chapter 8

Back in Orlando- Alyssa�s point of view

I was sitting outside and Ashley sat beside me.

�I�m sorry Alyssa. I sounded like I didn�t care, but I do. I just don�t think we should get involved in this mess. It�s better if we don�t get in the middle.� Ashley said to me. I looked into his eyes, and I knew he meant it.

�Your right. Lets go inside.� I said and we got up, but Trevor walked beside me.

�Can you stay here a minute?� Trevor asked me and I sat down.

�What�s up?� I asked him. He looked upset.

�I kissed Alicia.� Trevor said to me. I had nothing to say.

�Why?� I asked him, wanting to find out everything.

�Because she didn�t feel loved by Dan anymore, so I kissed her. Then she kissed me again after that. And she�s coming down here to tell Dan it�s over!� Trevor said and we heard a noise and we turned around and Dan was there, looking very hurt and angry. Then Alicia walked beside Dan.

�You don�t fee loved by me anymore so you go and kiss Trevor?� Dan asked Alicia. She looked speechless.

�Well consider this relationship over!� Dan said and he ran back inside.
