Over Christmas break I decided that being a part of O-Town wasn't the right opportunity for me, so when I came back, I quit. I left because, honestly, I just wasn't happy with the way the group was going. So, I think for their sake, and for my sake, I had to back out. I love all the guys, actually. I got along with all of them great, and I miss them to death. But I felt the unnecessary drama was hindering the music, and Icouldn't deal with the lack of personal space with the cameras around. You don't realize how much you value your personal time until you don't have it anymore. I think that was the toughest part for me. It was a hard decision to leave, but I'm glad I did it. All the guys were really supportive. Actually, Trevor was angry with me, because we were pretty tight. But it all worked out well, and we're still friends. I'm much happier now. I'm singing ina group in Nashville called Marshal Dyllon, and we're working with Kenny Rogers, so it's really cool. Country music has always been a big part of my life. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't be as big a flirt! It all came across different than it actually was. I think they got an accurate aspect of only one part of my personality. There's a lot more to me. |
