....but before they could act, they heard a terrible scream. The party rushed into the room to find an Aasimar child crying....the adept dead at his feet. Apparently, the little Aasimar had slain several of the Adepts. Not really knowing much about planar beings, the party accepted the little boy's story. Surya freed the rest of the children(1 Earth Genasi, 1 Dust Quasi-Genasi and 1 Tiefling). Kadath and Yuriel scouted the rest of the complex and found the rest of the dead Adepts. They were like the one they found at the feet of the Aasimar, dried lifeless husks. Meanwhile, Racheal disarmed traps, unlocked chests and helped Melingo sort out the booty. They went back to the surface and three of the children, the tiefling, the aasimar and the dust para-genasi bolted for their homes. The fourth child, the earth genasi, was escorted back to his parents. In payment for the party's services, Yuriel demanded that the boy be raised in the way of Loviatar. He almost crushed the hand of the boy's father to stress his seriousness. Surya, in an attempt to make up for Yuriel's actions, gave the poor family money to help them out.

Session #2
To Sum it up, the session started out with a foray into Undermountain via the Waterdeep Sewer system. Accompanied by
Lefty, a rogue of better reputation than any of us and brother
to Rachel Longfingers, we made our way into the dark and
dangerous tunnels on the 1st level. The group ran through the
gambit of gelatinous cubes, perilous water ways and several
curiosities before making our way to Durnans' Inn of the
Yawning Portal where we left the maze of tunnels behind.
After a brief respite the party finally decided upon
using my plan of bait and attack rather than sneaking around
and trying to find the kidnapper we were so desperately
seeking. Using Surya as bait, we waited for 3 days until
finally the quarry showed itself. A well fortified & armed
opponent with a third eye lodged in his temple rose from out
of the sewers with only one purpose....destroy anything in his
way and take the bait.
The battle was fierce but the groups was more fierce.
With some injuries and no casualties, the group walked away
from combat with experience and more
importantly......treasure.

Session #1
Character finalizations, backgrounds and a cool way for
introductions made up the majority of this playing session.
With Dan being the new player, he started off with something
memorable. Our group began as the worst outfit of assembled
adventurers since Hogan's Heroes because of Dans' dice roll.
Beating the odds, we did an excellent job of playing out
our characters and building a rapport with each other before
the real action begins.
