| To become a member of the Otengii Belau Club of San Diego, you must print, complete, sign and submit the membership application form to the principal office. |
| Membership Fees and Dues are as follows: One Time Initiation Fee: $5.00/individual Monthly Dues: $2.00/month or $24.00/year (No membership fees and dues for individuals under the age of 18.) |
