Kara's Story Corner

K'nichi wa, minna-san! How's everybody? Kara here. This, as you probably have noticed, is what I like to call Kara's Story Corner. Throughout my wanderings on the Net, I've found some exceptional stories (instead of working on this site ;) that I would like to share with you. These are mostly Gundam Wing, because it's my favorite anime of all time but there's a few others in there. Ja ne! Happy reading!

There's something about Quatre. Lady Aria This is one of my favorite stories by the very talented Lady Aria.This is about Quatre's eighteenth birthday and how the rest of the Gundam pilots spend this celebration with their comrade in arms during the War. Will Quatre make it through Duo's present?

A New Meeting Christina This is definitely one of my fav Hiro x Relena fics. It is extremely well-written and the plot is very intriguing. You just have to read it to know how good it is. It takes place a few years after Endless Waltz when Hiro and Relena meet again. ~Note~ The webmistress didn't link Ch. 5 for some odd reason (sounds like somthing I would do ;). Fire and Ice Phoenix Lemon Alert!Another great Hiro x Relena fic. This one takes place in the future when Relena and Hiro meet again. You MUST read this. Yes, there is some lemon parts in it but you can just scroll over them like I do because they seem to be not that graphic.

What I Need Jen This fic has the alternate pairing of Catherine and Quatre. It's actually because of this fic that I've gone on a 4 x C kick lately (I always hated Dorothy anyway. Her eyebrows are just too FREAKY!! Plus, she doesn't deserve Quatre). Catherine and Trowa come to Earth to visit Quatre and Quatre and Catherine begin to see each other in another light.This fic is soooo good!! It is extremely well-written and is one of the best GW fics I've ever read! The link above is to the gallery but here's the link to the actual fic: Chapter 1

Mirrors Daine Artillo Another great Gundam Wing fic with a slighly freaky edge. Don't read in the dark; this fic features the whole Gundam gang dealing with the supernatural. There's lots of precious moments in this story though: Hiro and Duo fighting over the radio station and the comment about Santa Claus had me laughing for quite awhile.

I've Never Jaelle and Orla This story is a hilarious one-shot. The whole Gundam gang starts to play a drinking game and things get interesting. Warning! There is a slight reference to 3 x 4 pairing but just ignore it.

Bound Lauren Another 1 x R fic. When Relena complains to Hilde about her stoic and emotionless bodyguard, Duo and Hilde come up with a plan to get Hiro to respond. Bit of a lime scene in Chapter 7.

Broken Dolls Tiffany This fic contains all of the traditional GW couples. Though it's not the best written fic I've read, its plot and portrayals of the characters will keep you reading and wanting more even when it's finished. The fic is set in an alternate universe where women are inferior and sold as slaves that are known as "dolls." Of course, our strong-willed females of GW are doing all they can to break the system.
