E-Board Meeting
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 7TH

In Attendance: Kim, Alison, Jenn, Jung Soo, Stella, Jenny, Jeremey, Angie, Lichi, Lincoln, Dr. Peng, members of SUNY OSWEGO Gospel Choir.

• Finalized details for Stress Relief Days (Wed and Thurs, Dec 8th and 9th)
  • Brief demonstration and practice of hand massages
  • Reviewed individual time schedules
  • Assigned who will begin setup on both days
    • Wed: Fenix and Stella at 10:30am
    • Thurs: Angie, Amanda, Jenn at 8:30am
  • There will be 3 stations (tables) setup for:
    • Hand massages
    • Herbal Tea
    • Meditation/Yoga
    • Greeting table for ASA and Gospel Choir (outside Fomal Lounge)
• Next General Meeting, Thurs Dec 9th
  • Will be cancelled due to finals.
  • Next meeting will be after Winter Recess, Thursday Jan 28th in Room 212 Hewitt
  • Activity: Icebreaker Game (Get to know your ASA members!) Refreshments, cookies and chips will be served
  • Next Eboard Meeting will be Tues, Jan 25th

• Update! The Bake Sale was a success! Thanks to all those who volunteered preparing all of the goods. We made about $40.
