9 of us went to Virginia for the National tournament.  We did quite well, going 4-0 in the round robin tournament, but unfortunately we were knocked out in the 3rd round of the elimination tournament on sunday.  The court size was very small which did not favor our group for the tactics we usually play by.  Kent State also came to this tournament and got to the 4th round of the elimination, but were beaten by the same team that beat us.  A team from California ended up winning the entire thing.  It is unknown if we will make this trip again next year due to the cost, travel time and set up of the court and the rules.  But in all, it was a very fun trip, it was nice to meet dodgeballers from around the country and to give them all a small taste of what OSU dodgeball is all about.

Kentucky traveled to Ohio State for their first ever intercollegiate match.  OSU won 16-3.  The guys from Kentucky seemed pretty nice and they had some talent.  Once they get some more experience, they'll be a contender.
