Psalm 26:6,7 – “I wash my hands in innocence, and go about your altar, O Lord, proclaiming aloud your praise and telling of all your wonderful deeds.”

Thomas Kinkade is one of the most gifted artists I know.  His work reflects the beauty of not only his talent, but his love for God.  In a sense, Kinkade reveals the beauty of God through his magnificent paintings.  His paintings are his ministry, a way to reveal beauty, peace, and hope.  In fact, the driving force behind many of his paintings is Scripture.  Below, you can sample three works of his bountiful collection (verses added):

Besides Quiet Waters
(Psalm 23:2)
Abundant Harvest
(Psalm 85:12)

Beacon of Hope
(Psalm 65:5)
The Open Gate
(John 10:7)

What about yourself?  Are you approaching each step in life as if it were a personal ministry for Christ?  Do you strive to glorify Christ in all you do?  What is your desire for the Kingdom?  Take some time today to praise God for everything He’s done and yet to do in your life.

Declare it out loud, singing “glorious, glorious, Great is Your fame beyond the earth!”

Song Lyrics:
You are the Lord
The Famous One, Famous One
Great is Your name in all the earth
The heavens declare
You're glorious, glorious
Great is Your fame beyond the earth

For all You've done and yet to do
With every breath I'm praising You
Desire of the nations and every heart
You alone are God
You alone are God

The morning star is shining through
And every eye is watching You
Revealed by nature and miracles
You are beautiful
You are beautiful
