To understand missions ministry and the call of evangelism, you have to feel "in the pain of missions.  Take a look at verse 14, and you see the idea of obligation and debt that Paul feels.

1 Corinthians 9:16

Matthew 28 - "Great Commission"

Romans 3:23 - we are condemned to hell not because we deny Christ, but because we are sinners; people accept this fate when they deny Christ

Romans 3:10-26
   1.) verse 19 - God reveals Himself in the mind/heart
   2.) verse 20 - the invisible attributes of God are made clear so
   that they can be seen; most notably in nature; is called a "general
   revelation" which an example is the Ethiopian in Acts 8
   3.) verse 21 - man rejects God
   4.) verse 23 - corrupted man

We see the needs, but where is our motivation for missions?  Romans 3 gives us the reason.

Ecclesiastes 4:9 - one is not enough for the Kingdom of God
