Individual Discipleship Plan
Specialized
for: JOHNSON
Please see
debriefing sheet for week 5 to catch up to speed.
A few notes to
share with you. Please take this discipleship time more
seriously, meaning you should do better to focus on the topic
at hand and less upon the older youth. Who cares that
you're younger than they are? You still possess
tremendous potential.
Be more vocal.
You're the quiet one of the group and often let Jack yell or
Richard ramble on over you. Take a step in courage and
express what you think. Do your best to not get easily
distracted...if something is distracting you, pray that you
can focus on what's being talked about.
Another thing
is that you should choose your friends and role models wisely.
While older youth and leaders from this church may be one way,
make sure you don't discount other people around you.
Live wisely, but also live bravely.
So here's this
week's reading plan:
- Courage Because I
Was Told to Too: Read the story
of Gideon in Judges
- Courage In the Face of Evil:
Read the story of David in the Kings and Chronicles (and a
little bit of 1 and 2 Samuel as well)
- Courage When No One Else Would:
Take a look at the story of
John the Baptist.
