This popular outdoor street festival is held in Baltimore's original seaport (and home of Ostrowski's Original Polish Sausage!!) and boasts 300 arts and crafts vendors, a flea market, four stages, family and children's areas, two beer gardens, and international Food Row, and much more. It's a beautiful neighborhood to walk through, and boasts many excellent restaurants.  Not far from Baltimore's Little Italy, either.
