Week of December 9, 2001
Hello all,
I was thinking about my Christmas list today and I suddenly realized that it includes books, board review materials, etc. and was filled with a sudden longing for the days of going throught the J.C. Penney catalog toy section with stars in my eyes. Now I get excited about books.
Speaking of which, I should get back to the ones I am neglecting right now. I have three exams down with microbiology and neuroscience to go. When those are done, I will be able to wish you all a merry Christmas with a little more enthusiasm.

P.S. For those of you who didn't know our dog Dixie got herself fixed last Thursday. She is recovering very well and has already calmed down enough to learn to "sit" and "lie down" on command. Next is the big one, "roll over."
