Greetings All from Brent's Ghost Writer,
Brent is currently engaged in crunch and cram mode.   Periodically he comes out from book hibernation for the necessary snacks, bathroom breaks, and visits from the wife but other than that he is studying hard.   Today he took a physiology exam and tomorrow he has two neuro tests.   Please pray for him.
Sabbath Brent sang special music at church by special request from the pastor.   It was very nice!   Brent had a special treat yesterday at church.   Dr. Mac, our church band coordinator (he's probably in his late 70's) brought his electric bass for Brent to play.   After potluck, we all got down with Brent on bass, Dr. Mac on trumpet, and I was playing keyboard.   Now Brent can join us in the band.   What makes playing in the band so much fun is you don't know what you're playing until Sabbath morning as you're walking onto the platform.   Sometimes this can be a little stressful especially when you've never heard the song before!
I spent a good bit of today cooking in the kitchen making cookies for the kids for Valentine's Day.   I'm afraid the children will not be getting many cookies if Brent and I keep eating them!
For the past couple of weeks I've been going down to U.T. as Brent is coming home from U.T.   They have kick boxing, step aerobics, and cycling classes that I have been going to with another U.T. student. The membership is only $25 per year (although I haven't signed up yet.)   The classes are a lot of fun and a good stress reliever!
We will be going to Chattanooga next weekend for a visit.   Maybe we'll see you then!
