Healing Spells
Bath and Candle Healing Spell
Supplies:
1 blue candle
1 oz. powdered ginger
5 drops eucalyptus oil
Directions:
Run a hot bath. Add the ginger and the eucalyptus oil. Light the blue candle and turn out the lights. Enter the bathtub, and soak in the bath water. Feel the waters cleansing you of the toxins in your body, and say:
Isis, Goddess who heals all
Release this (name illness: cold, flu, etc.) from me
Make me well again.
Chant this as you feel the toxins leaving your body. When you feel slightly
shaky (this will happen!), drain the tub and visualize the toxins washing down
the drain. Rinse your body and your tub with cool water, visualizing all of
the toxins washing off of your body, and your body becoming free of what you
were sick with.
Bring the candle to your room and immediately go to bed, keeping the candle light for a few minutes as you visualize yourself waking up feeling much better.

Healing With Honey:
When you select honey for medicinal use, always buy a variety that is produced by an apiary local to your area. Ingesting local pollens found in honey can build resistance to allergies over time. The honey should be raw, not heated or processed.
Honey Flu Remedy:
Take a six-inch ginger root and slice it. Put it in a non-aluminum pot with about 3 cups of fresh water. Cover the pot tightly and bring to a simmer. Allow the water to simmer (not boil) for about twenty minutes. Remove from the stove and add the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and honey to taste. This is a great remedy for bronchitis and flu.
Honey Throat Syrup:
Take several cloves of fresh garlic. (Please don't use the genetically altered, odorless variety. It has lost its healing virtue.) Place the garlic in a blender with the juice of half a lemon. Blend until smooth. Add 1 cup raw honey and blend again. This mixture can be taken as it is in teaspoon doses for a sore throat, or strained through a cheesecloth and bottled for later use.
Garlic and Honey Wound Dressing:
If you have a cut or a wound, wash it carefully and then apply chopped or mashed raw garlic, which will kill any bacteria or viruses. Cover the garlic with a slather of honey and apply a clean bandage. The honey will keep the wound anaerobic (without oxygen) so bacteria will be unable to grow in it.
Roasted Garlic Sore Throat Remedy:
Take unpeeled cloves of fresh, raw garlic and place them in a pan over medium heat (do not use oil). Gently roast the cloves until they are soft to the touch. Remove them from the pan and allow them to cool. Peel and eat.
Ginger Ale:
This is a good remedy for stomach flu and also makes a tasty beverage. Chop a large ginger root. Place the slices in a non-aluminum pot and cover with several cups of fresh, cold water. Bring to a simmer and then simmer for twenty minutes. Remove the pot from the burner and, while the liquid is still hot, strain out ginger, and add honey or maple syrup to taste. Allow the mixture to cool. To make the ginger ale fill a glass half full of the cooled mixture and add sparkling water until the glass is full. Voila!
To Banish Fever
Inscribe on a red candle:
Ochnotinos
Chnotinos
Notinos
Tinos
Inos
Nos
Os
As you burn the candle visualize the fever being burned away with the flame. Before the candle burns all the way down, quench with ice water. The fever should disappear quickly.
To Banish Pain: (this spell is very old)
write on a piece of paper:
"An ant has
no blood nor bile:
Flee, unula, lest a crab eat you."
Charge, and wear around neck.
HEALING FOR THE EARTH IN GENERAL
Go to the Wild, or if you can´t have a plant or four plain stones (not crystals). Sit on the ground or place your hands on the plant or stone. Visualize the Earth from space, a bluish white sphere of positive, whole healed energy. Experience it as a living organism. When ready say this or similar, "Pure are the caves and the plains; Pure are the sod and the hills; Pure are the winds and the skies; Pure are the lakes and rills; Pure are the clouds and rains; Pure are the woods and trees; Pure are the valleys deep; Pure are the bays and seas."
Renew the visualization and then say, "Pure are the birds that fly; Pure are the hounds and bats; Pure are the fish and whales; Pure are the horses and cats; Pure are the owls and snakes; Pure are the stags and deer; Pure are the lizards green; Pure are all the creatures here."
Renew the visualization. Feel the Earth. Block out all thoughts of what we've done to the Earth. See the Earth as a healed, whole being. Say these words, or ones that come to you, "As I receive your, energy now receive mine."
Pour your personal power through your palms into the Earth, stones, or plant. Send it spiraling down into the planet lending it strength to survive. Give of yourself willingly for a few minutes while visualizing the planet hanging in the sky, strong pure and healthy. Get up and it is done. Place the stones or the plant on the ground outside so the Earth can absorb the energy.
SELF-HEALING:
Gather a cord to tie around your waist and a chalice of pure, cool water. Cast
the circle and invoke a healer God or Goddess. Meditate on your feelings about
your illness or injury. Concentrate all of your negative feelings into the cord.
Whisper to yourself, "Peace and love and healing wait without." Remove
the cord and all it contains. Cast it away, shouting, "I release all anger
fear and frustration."
Sit quietly for a while inhaling peace and relaxation. Remember how it feels to be healthy. Keep breathing deeply. Cup your hands and fill them with a ball of glowing rose colored light filled with health and strength. Keep breathing health into the ball until you can feel it. Slowly place the ball into the water filled chalice. Lift the chalice and say, "Great God and Goddess, I release my illness/injury and accept the blessings of health you offer me." Drink all of the water feeling all of its energy pouring through every cell in your body. End the circle. Get lots of rest, sun and exercise. Spend time with friends.
Healing Spell
To help hurry along a person's recovery from an illness, write their name on a human-shaped candle (based on gender). While anointing it with myrrh or mint oil, visualize healing energy in the form of white light, flowing from your fingers into the candle. Recite:
"In the divine
name of the Goddess
who breathes life into us all
I consecrate and charge this candle
as a magickal tool for healing."
Place the charged candle on top of a photograph of the sick person, and then light the wick. As the candle burns down, concentrate on the person, willing them to be healthy, and chant this incantation:
"Magick mend
and candle burn,
sickness end; good health return."
Healing a Friend
or Relative
Purple paper
White yarn or string
A pair scissors
Fresh violets (whole, with stems)
Black pen
A purple candle
A small vase or holder (for flowers)
This spell is for healing a friend or family member. It is best done when the
moon is full, but you can do it whenever you feel it necessary.
Light the candle and fill the small vase with water. Place the freshly cut violets in the little vase and say a chant, focusing on the well-being of the person and the healing of their ailment.
Cut a heart out of the purple and write the name of the person on one side, and a short but heartfelt "Get Well!" message on the other side. Poke a small hole in the top right side of the heart and thread the white string through it, tie it, and attach it to the vase.
Give the little vase of violets to the target person and await their recovery.

Skin & Acne
Healing
This spell is specifically for someone who has a skin problem that is persistant
and makes them feel insecure or causes them irritation. This includes but is
not limited to rashes, acne, bruises, and swelling.
Best if performed on a new or waxing moon, even better just before going to sleep.
Following a bath, make yourself comfortable somewhere in your bedroom. You must be able to easily reach the problem area on your body or face. Place a hand over the skin. Close your eyes and imagine something calm and serene, specifically, a scene where there is water. This could be an ocean, a quiet lake, or rain in the tropics. Chant three times:
"Goddess heal
me
So mote it be!"
You can replace Goddess with the name of a healing deity if you wish. Move your fingers slowly over the infliction. Now imagine it is smooth, flat, and healthy. As you slowly pass your hand over the skin, it should feel almost as if it is already healed. Thank the Goddess or the deities invoked.
This spell, if successfully performed, will cause the skin problem to disappear within a few days. If you are having serious problems, see a dermatologist!

Soak in a warm bath using 5 drops of these oils: Peppermint, Lavender, and Chamomile.
You can also make a compress using 2 drops of each oil.
Native American
Headache Relief
by Charles
Native Americans used hot peppers for headaches. On a radio program called The
Medicine Shop on PBS, they were discussing headaches. A woman called in and
said that her father had frequent migraines and he would carry either a cayenne
or jalapeno pepper in a plastic baggie with him. At the first sign of migraine,
he would eat the pepper and no more headache. She asked if there was any scientific
basis for this.
They had a guest doctor on the program who specialized in headaches and he said
that there definitely was. Seems as if our nerves contain a chemical substance
that is responsible for feeling pain (sorry I don't remember the name of it).
When you eat the hot pepper, the capsicum which is the "heat" in the
pepper depletes the nerves of that chemical, so we feel no pain. Cool stuff,
huh? Or maybe I should say, hot stuff.
Healing After
a Personal Loss
Here are two ways you can use magick in your search for healing after a loss.
You can use either a ritual or a mojo bag. Below are some materials to choose
from. Use only what you can find, and put together your ritual however you want.
Because this loss is personal to YOU, you must write your own chant and put
together the spell as it suits you. If I wrote it for you, it wouldn't work.
Herbs: Allspice,
apple, bay, carnation, cedar, cinnamon, gardenia, flax, rowan, pine, rose, rosemary,
thyme.
Colors: White, violet, and blue.
Fabrics: Silk or cotton.
Elements: Earth and fire.
Symbols/Amulets: Ankh, billiken, chai, cross, dragon, heart.
What I would suggest you use this info for is to create a sort of loss-bearing ritual, or create a mojo bag to carry with you which will help heal and strengthen your heart & soul.
For a ritual, burn a candle of one of the colors and incense of an herbal scent (one of those listed), and you should create your own chant while focusing on the healing you seek.
For a mojo bag, make a small bag of blue or purple cotton (or satin, or silk) and fill it with herbs and a small bit of earth. Tie it off tightly with a white string or ribbon, and if you would like, attach a small charm or talisman (see suggestions above) to the tie. Carry it with you, then just hold it in your hand and recite your own small affirmation (chant) whenever you feel the need.
Revitalization
Meditation
Occasionally the wheel of the world gets a little stuck. This spell gives it
a nudge when you feel overwhelmed by challenges. To start, do something nice
for a person needier than you; this can be as simple as shopping for a housebound
friend or as complex as cleaning your closet to donate clothes to charity. Next,
take a milk bath, a traditional way to nourish body and soul: Pour a can of
condensed milk into your bathwater and soak for at least ten minutes. Meditate
on the infinite abundance of the universe and visualize it flowing your way.
Recite this mantra as you soak: “With open hands and open heart—as
I have given, I receive—love and hope and miracles, and the power to believe.”
Finish with an invigorating shower. Over the next days, whenever you need reassurance
or courage, repeat the mantra. Help is on the way!
Healing Image
Spell
Create a puppet to represent a person you wish to be completely healed. Create
the image of the solution and concentrate as you do so. Cast a circle and light
a blue candle. Sprinkle salt water on the puppet and say:
"Blessed be
thou creature made by art, by art changed. Thou art not cloth,
wood, wax or metal, but flesh and blood, I name thee (name the person to be
healed). Thou art he/she between worlds, in all the worlds. Blessed be."
Hold the puppet in hands breathe on it and charge it with energy. Visualise the person completely healed then change parts of the puppet to correspond with the part of the person hurt or diseased.
Keep the puppet on your altar until the person is completely healed. Then cast another circle, take the puppet and sprinkle with water, saying:
"Blessed be,
child of light. By art changed, by art unchanged, by art
unmade. I take from thee thy name (person's name) and name the puppet,
creature of cloth, wood, wax and metal. Between the worlds, in all the
worlds, so mote. The link is broken. Blessed be."
Open the circle and burn the puppet in an open fire if it contains physical links. If not dispose of it anyway
For Good Health
You Will Need: 1 White candle ,1 Pentacle (small, metal) ,white head ,
Write your name or the person's name on the candle with the pin. Light the candle and hold the pentacle in the flame. Stick the pentacle in the candle about half way between the top and bottom. Let the candle burn out. Place all of the items under your bed.
To Cure
Light a fire of oak wood, if possible. When much of the wood has been reduced to glowing pieces of charcoal, pick up one carefully with a pair of tongs or shovel & throw it immediately into a stream or pot of cold water. It will sizzle & pop. As it does visualise the disease leaving the body of the afflicted person. Repeat this operation three more times.
A Healing Spell
Wrap thee in cotton, Bind thee with love
Protection from pain, Surrounds like a glove.
May the brightest of blessings, Surround thee this night.
For thou art cared for, Healing thoughts sent in flight
To dispel sorrow
When the World and Fate conspire to mark
Your life with lines and characters dark,
Mould a tablet of earth or clay,
Write on it all, you would cast away-
All you regret, all that your bear,
All that afflicts you, all that you fear-
Break it and bury it in the ground,
Saying this charm to heal the wound:
Sorrow be dust
And dust dissolve:
Let all my grief
Go into this grave.
For an improved state of health
Fold in a scrap of velvet cloth
These treasures six to bring you health:
Leaves of tea, flowers of lavender,
Ginger and salt and clove and camphor;
Tie up the charm with a scarlet thread,
Keep it beside your nightly bed;
Breathe it on waking every day-
You must be healed, and healed must stay
For an elixir of honey
When the day approaches noon,
Hold up honey to the sun,
That their double gold may run
Shining together, mixed as one,
Drink three spoonfuls,
Then say this:
Sun charge me,
Gold serve me,
Alchemy change me,
Honey preserve me.
A horseshoe charm for the headache
This iron crescent, brown and old,
Is worth as much as virgin gold;
grasp both ends, the centre hold
Hard to your brow, heavy and cold;
Let this healing verse be told:
Good metal loosed
From horses hoof,
Draw from my brain
These nails of pain:
Cast them away,
Rust them away,
Keep them away
home take me home
