Construction of the cottage was completed in the late 2006. It's living area is around 1,200 sq. feet. The entrance is from the flagstone patio that overlooks the Georgian bay. There's several Muskoka chairs to watch sunsets as well as a set of patio furniture and a BBQ to enjoy your meals outside.
Between the patio and the water edge lies the 60' of sandy beach which is at the complete disposal of the guests. The water is shallow near the shore and it's perfect for kids to play in.
The open-concept living room/dining room and eat-in kitchen have a view of the bay. There`s a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The master bedroom has a double bed while two other spacious bedrooms have two single beds in each. Then there's a four piece bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with a separate entrance from the hall.
The kitchen is fully equiped and it comes with an electric stove, a microwave, a coffemaker, a full set of dishes and pots, a fridge and a separate freezer.
