MY RATING SCALE & SOURCE INFO:

AUDIO RATINGS FOR MUSIC CD'S & DVD'S:

Rating 5:
An excellent recording from a professional or soundboard source, or an EXCEPTIONAL audience recording (not many of these around), the sound is comparable to an officially released album.  There are no sound flaws or imperfections present.

Rating 4:
Excellent Bootleg Sound.  Vocals and music are extremely clear with very few or no distractions caused by audience noise, hiss, glitches etc.

Rating 3:
A very good bootleg with some minor imperfections present, (hiss, crowd noise etc).

Rating 2:
Still ok for fans but some distortion of sound... audience noise, "flatness", hiss, uneven sound levels etc starting to affect listening enjoyment.

Rating 1:
For serious collectors/fans only.  The problems mentioned in Rating 2 are now dominating the recording and making listening very difficult.
