Hi there all, here are the details for the weekend getaway in May.....this has been organized by NCWLSSG but is open to ANYONE to come along. We've planned another fun weekend getaway for all who enjoy sharing, talkingor all out partying ! There's heaps to do - the beach is just 2 blocks from the vacation homes. The homes have a pool table, ping pong table, wraparound sundecks, barbecue and fantastic ocean views. WHERE IS IT? Cayucos, near Morro Bay (which is on the coast halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles). We have rented two large houses which sleep 8-10 people each. Be in quick. If enough interest is shown we can rent another house down the street which also sleeps another 10 - the more the merrier. WHEN ARE WE GOING? Friday May 21st to Sunday May 23rd We'll drive down Friday afternoon/evening and stay until Sunday. If you can only come for part of the time or for the day, we would still love to see you. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST? Accommodation is $60 per person for the weekend. Any food, travel or entertainment will cost extra. HOW WILL I GET THERE? Carpool, drive, fly, swim, pedal, whatever it takes.. If you need a lift or can offer a lift please contact Karen Jackson. WHO'S INVITED? Anyone who has had, is thinking about having or is waiting to have gastric bypass surgery....and that means anyone. P.S. Sorry partners and children are not invited. WHAT DO I DO NEXT? If you would like to reserve a bed, please Email Karen Jackson. We will require a deposit of 50% to confirm a position before March 25th. The remaining 50% is due by April 16th. If you intend to come down for just the day please let me know so we know how many people to expect. If money is tight and you would still like to go, please contact Karen and we can work something out. Cancellation - how could you? The group will need to place holding deposits on the houses by the end of March by which time we will know whether or not an additional house will be required. If you cancel out then you may or may not get back your deposit, depending on whether or not the group loses the deposit on the third home (should we need one). CANCELLATIONS AFTER APRIL 16TH WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
