Reverend Mather is an ordained clergyman in the ministerium of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod and has served as Pastor of Our Savior's Lutheran Church since July of 2001.
Pastor Mather received his Bachelor of Arts from Condordia University, Christ College, Irvine, California in 1985 and his Master of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1989.
Pastor Mather and his wife, the former Sharon Ann Dodge, were married April 16, 1967, and are the parents of four children: Jennifer, Christian, Andrew, and Joshua as well as grandparents to numerous grandchildren. |

Pastor Mather is a nationally recognized authority on cults and the occult having lectured on the topic throughout the United States and Canada and been interviewed by numerous news organizations including "60 Minutes", "20/20", CNN, NBC News, USA Today, The Washington Post, Time and Newsweek to name but a few. |
