There has only been one tenant in this apartment who resided here for two years. Before that it was completely overhauled. We knocked down some walls, reinsulated the entire place and added a drop ceiling. We added a separate breaker panel, so the apartment has its own hydro meter. There is a separate phone line that is ready to be connected. We put on a fresh coat of paint and some nice curtains for the windows. It is clean, bright and very spacious: approximately 750 sqft. |

Beneath the corner of the counter and beside the stove is some extra space where you can store your recycling bins. |

Continuing clockwise, here is the view of the spacious kitchen. It features plenty of room for a table and chairs and a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator. |

Let's go behind the dry bar. There is tons more storage underneath the bar. At the end is the access point to the electrical panel and water meter. I may need to come in here (with adequate notice of course) to read the meter from time to time. |

Next we see the living area (open concept with the kitchen). It has wall to wall, mat-type carpeting, shelving for books, trophies, etc. and plenty of lighting. At the far end is a dry bar. |

Here is the shelving to the right of the dry bar. This is where the cable access is, so you can store your DVDs and videos here. |

This is the window beside the stove. It faces east, and brings a lot of light into the kitchen in the morning. |
