| Aluminum Frame | ||||||||||||||
| For the NURC competition the team decided to make an aaluminum frame, the frame is basically a container for the electronics and it also serves as a support for the motors and cameras. There is a 2 milimiter groove machined into the top of the frame this provides a seating place for the o-ring that makes the frame water-tight. On the top where yousee the groove we are going to screw a piece of plexyglass to seal the frame and also to allow us to peak into the robot for any signs of trouble, water or smoke. |

| We aso decided to lift the electronics off of the base of the container. This will help in case that there is leak; it will take some ime for the water to get to the electronics. We can have up to three liters of water in there before the electronics get wet. | ||||||||||||||
