Julia Roberts to Make Fourth Oscar Show Appearance
Beverly Hills, CA -Academy Award-winning actress Julia Roberts will present at the 75th Anniversary Academy Awards ceremony,
producer Gil Cates announced today. This will be her fourth appearance as an Oscar presenter.
Roberts received the Best Actress Oscar in 2001 for her portrayal of the title character in "Erin Brockovich." She also received
nominations for her supporting role in "Steel Magnolias" in 1989 and for the leading role in "Pretty Woman" in 1990. Roberts was
recently seen in "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind" and will be seen next in "Mona Lisa Smile."
Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2002 will be presented on Sunday, March 23, 2003, at the Kodak Theatre at
Hollywood & Highland and televised live by the ABC Television Network beginning at 5:30 p.m. PST. A half-hour arrival segment
will precede the presentation ceremony at 5 p.m.
