Will Smith to Make Fourth Oscar Show Appearance

Beverly Hills, CA - Oscar-nominated actor Will Smith will make his fourth appearance as an Oscar show presenter, when he presents at the 75th Anniversary Academy Awards telecast, producer Gil Cates announced today.

Smith received his first Academy Award nomination last year for his leading role in "Ali." He was most recently seen in "Men in Black II" and will be seen next in "Bad Boys II." Smith's other film credits include "The Legend of Bagger Vance," "Enemy of the State, " "Men in Black," "Independence Day," "Bad Boys" and "Six Degrees of Separation."

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2002 will be presented on Sunday, March 23, 2003, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland(R) and televised live by the ABC Television Network beginning at 5:30 p.m. PST. A half-hour arrival segment will precede the presentation ceremony at 5 p.m.
