Jennifer Connelly to Present at 75th Academy Awards

Beverly Hills, CA - 75th Academy Awards Telecast Producer Gil Cates has set 
Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Connelly to make her first appearance 
as an Oscar presenter on March 23.

Connelly won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress last year for her 
performance as Alicia Nash in "A Beautiful Mind."

Connelly, who will next be seen in "The Hulk," recently completed production 
on "The House of Sand and Fog," co-starring Ben Kingsley.  Her other film 
credits include "Requiem for a Dream," "Pollock" and "Inventing the Abbotts."

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2002 will be presented on 
Sunday, March 23, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland and televised 
live by the ABC Television Network beginning at 5:30 p.m. PST.  A half-hour 
arrival segment will precede the presentation ceremony at 5 p.m.
