Julianne Moore to Present at 75th Academy Awards(R)

Beverly Hills, CA - Actress Julianne Moore will make her second Oscar show 
appearance as a presenter at the 75th Academy Awards, producer Gil Cates 
announced today.

Moore received a Best Actress nomination in 1999 for her acclaimed performance 
in "The End of the Affair."  She also was nominated in 1997 for her supporting 
role in "Boogie Nights."

Moore can currently be seen in "Far From Heaven," co-starring Dennis Quaid, and 
in "The Hours" with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Streep.  Her other film credits 
include "The Shipping News," "World Traveler" and "Hannibal."

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2002 will be presented on 
Sunday, March 23, 2003, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland and 
televised live by the ABC Television Network beginning at 5:30 p.m. PST.  A 
half-hour arrival segment will precede the presentation ceremony at 5 p.m.
