Oscar Credits Forms and Music Submission Form Are Due Monday, December 2

Beverly Hills, CA - Monday, December 2, is the deadline for both the Official Screen Credits forms and Music Award 
submission forms to be received by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

In order for a feature film to be considered for the 75th Academy Awards(R), the Official Screen Credits 
forms must be submitted to the Academy by 5 p.m. on Monday. For music to be eligible for Oscar consideration
in the Original Score and Original Song categories, music submission forms also must be received by the same deadline.

Films have until midnight, December 31, to open in Los Angeles County and begin a minimum run of seven consecutive 
days to qualify for 2002 Academy Awards consideration.

The 75th Academy Award(R) nominations will be announced at the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater on Tuesday, 
February 11, 2003.

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2002 will be presented on Sunday, March 23, 2003, at the Kodak 
Theatre at Hollywood & Highland and televised live by the ABC Television Network beginning at 5:30 p.m. PST.  
A half-hour arrival segment will precede the presentation ceremony at 5 p.m.
