Before the vet school Oncology Department gave me Penelope�s body on the morning of April 12, they made a paw print of Penelope and mailed it to me after they baked it a week later. Virginia and I had made paw prints of Penelope and Oscar two years ago, but this paw print from the oncology department is certainly special. In the card they sent along with the paw print, it says that the paw print is made from a fund that was created in the memory of another one of their patients. The Dermatology Department at the vet school and TingTing, my friend in Philadelphia, also sent condolence cards. |
