Oscar: So usually when it gets cold, mommie will put some sort of blanket or her fleece jacket on me when I sleep.  Today, when I was sleeping in my big gigantic doggie bed with the jacket on me, I rolled around a bit.  Mommie says it looked like a little turtle just rolled over on its back!

Oscar: So since I know now that Sally is gone and I am an only child again, by the way I never recognized Sally as my sister, I am back to my old self.  Mommie says I am just being a brat again.  I dont listen, and I just drive her nuts.  I was sunning myself on the window seat too, now I dont have to fight my way through.  Mommie did change the window seat cover just for me, so now it will be just my smell only!

Oscar: Mommie went to auntie Kellies home for dinner today.  She also played with Dizzy, and tried to get Dizzy to jump the hoop that auntie Kellie had bought.  Dizzy was pretty good the whole time; he did try to lick the table a few times.  Oh yea, I didnt go, so this is from what mommie told me.  Mommie also give Dizzy a little massage, he was curious at first, and didnt know what is going on and had his had up the whole time.  Then he got comfortable, laid down his head, and sort of closed his eyes!  What kind of treatment is this, mommie dont even give me any massages.  But that is ok; I dont like mommie rubbing my belly anyway.

Oscar: Mommie just realized today that I havent had my shots yet for this year.  I usually get it sometime in either March or April.  But mommie had totally forgotten about it, so she made an appointment for me with the vet.  I am going to get my annual vaccine on this coming Monday.  I am not looking forward to it, going to the vet means bad business, it just means someone is going to feel me all over to see if I am healthy.

Oscar: Mommie decided to put Sallys pink canister in the microwave.  The microwave is not hooked up or anything; it is being used as storage to store all our medicines.  Mommie ended up doing that because I started being a little nut headed and tried to knock stuff down on top of the microwave.  Initially, there were the pink canister, water jug, and bowls and the fish tank on top of the microwave.  Mommie didnt want me to tip over the water jug or the fish tank so that the pink canister would get wet.  So now she put the pink canister away.  Oh yea, mommie just realized today we have Sherlock and Watson, aka the goldfishes for 2 years now.  We got them back in late March 2004.  The fishes are doing pretty good, although they wont be getting anymore bigger since the tank they live in is kind of small.  We have a 2-gallon tank by the way.
Then they saw the ESRAs booth, or English Springer Spaniel Rescue group.

Oscar: I refuse to write this entry since this event didnt involve me and they didnt let me in to the pet fair either.  But mommie is making me since I know how to tap out keys on the computer.  This is what happened, there is a pet fair each year about 40 miles from where we live.  Mommie had asked if auntie Kellie and her mom wanted to go too.  So they all went on this Saturday with auntie Kellie driving.  They got there pretty early, and there were already a lot of people there.  The first thing they saw were dogs jumping into this big above ground pool to retrieve this toy to compete for time.  All the dogs seem to enjoy the cold-water swim.  Then they saw doggie agility including this miniature dog standing on this guys hand!  I just want to say all the dogs seem a lot smarter than the ones I know.
