Oscar: This is one of the Victorian houses in town except this one is open to the public. They also have weddings and concerts there too. |

Oscar: The duckies from the park. Mommie goes by there and gave the ducks old bread and left over stuff for them once awhile. |

Oscar: Those are my pals the sea lions. They sit on the bottom level of the pier and just go orf, orf. They are actually pretty loud, and you can see how big they are. |

Oscar: Remember the time I told you all about the fish sculptures? Well, they finally auctioned it all off. Some went for a lot of money, some didn�t. The line for the auction actually goes pretty long, a lot of people were interested in it. All I can say is, if a fish is not edible, then it is useless. |
