Last night the fireworks started in the neighborhood, but Jake's not afraid of the firework sound. He listened for a few seconds when it first started, but he's okay with it.
Jake hasn't pooped in the last 24 hours.
Sam went home yesterday afternoon.

By the way, Jake mounted Sam three times when they were playing.
Yesterday afternoon we went to Petco to get some more doggie biscuits and to meet Karlene, the obedience class instructor. She had six dogs in her class now, so she was only able to pet Jake for about 60 seconds before returning to her class. She said she is planning to have a CGC class in a month. So if Jake's not adopted by then, we could attend that class. At Petco, Jake was very interested in sniffing one of the dogs there, but otherwise he ignored all the other dogs. Some people came over to pet him, and he just sat down and let them pet him. I think he enjoyed it. There were three screaming kids (ages between 4 and
7) near the door as we were at the cash register. Jake ignored them also.
