Samson sniffed and marked the net pole first, then Jake came over and did it too. It�s funny how the two boys would keep sniffing and marking and trying to cover up each other�s scent during walks. |

Brenna and her parents came to visit for three hours on Tuesday night, while they were on their way to the beach for Thanksgiving break. I gave Samson a bath on Tuesday morning, because I know Samson is so cute that Brenna�s parents would probably like to pet him when they come. Like everybody else, Brenna�s parents think Samson is very friendly and cute and quite a character. We also received the dog cookies that Virginia made. She used a different recipe this time, but still tasted bland to me. The dogs liked it though. |

I would keep the bedroom door closed and keep Anastasia in the bedroom during their meal time and at night while I�m sleeping, so Anastasia would have some alone time, so she could concentrate on eating and get relaxed enough to go to sleep at night. The dogs and I slept in the livingroom (I sometimes do that on a regular basis). Anyways, finally Anastasia had enough of keeping away from Samson that she decided to walk very slowly to her bed on the livingroom floor. Samson followed her there and stared at her, about two inches from her face, for an entire five minutes. I think Samson even licked her a couple times. Finally Anastasia had enough and hit Samson on the nose with her paw and walked away. |

I gave Samson some canned food for Thanksgiving meal too. At home Samson�s food is left out all day, but while he was with me, I only fed him twice a day, and I only gave him treats if he has finished his dry kibbles for the day. He was very good and finished all his meals while he was with me. He especially liked the canned food, which his parents no longer give him daily. Samson�s poops were pretty regular too while he was here. |

On Saturday, November 26, I took Jake and Samson to see Janet and her dogs. First we met Janet and Bonnie and Boo in the livingroom. I don�t think Samson has met Bonnie and Boo before, but he�s excited and sniffed around and enjoyed petting from Janet. Jake was acting excited too. Although I took both Samson and Jake for potty break before we came into Janet�s house, I still was holding onto Jake�s leash, because I didn�t want him to mark. Samson was really good, so I just let him run around by himself in Janet�s house, while still wearing his leash (with so many dogs around, it�s better to leave some of them on leash so it�s easier to break them up if they start to fight). Samson was great with Bonnie and Boo too. However, Jake marked on Janet�s fridge, again. Shortly after, Janet and Jake and Samson and I went outside to see Hunter and Ben, who are kept in the kennels during the day. Hunter was excited to see us and barked. Then Janet took Ben out of his kennel. Both Samson and Jake were great meeting Ben, and we all went to Janet�s son�s room, also known as Hunter and Ben�s playroom, and they are kept in this room during the nights. I asked Janet to borrow one of Ben�s belly bands for Jake, and Janet put one on Ben also. |
