| Tuesday, September 6, 2005 Since Jake liked the Kong at Heather's so much, I got a retrieving Kong (orange color with rope and scent pad). He loves playing fetch with it, watching it bounce up and down, and chasing after it. Also now I can throw farther distance. |

| Jake still guards his toys from Anastasia, but it's not as intense as before. He still picks up the toy when Anastasia gets near them, but he has let her sniff them a few times. Also, he no longer guards his bed from Anastasia. In fact, several times, he lets her sleep on his bed, even though he wants it too, but he decides to sleep right next to the bed instead. Because of this, now I let them stay in the bedroom together all the time, when I'm not at home. | ||||||||

| But he also likes to chew on the orange Kong, so I got him a regular red Kong for him to chew on, and save the orange Kong for retrieving only. He hasn't been chewing on the rope toy or the Nylabone, but he does chew on the Kong from time to time now. | ||||||||
