Hayden and Dudley with their new baby sister. Molly and Justin have done a great job introducing Dudley to Avery; it seems like Dudley has readily accepted her into the family. I�m sure Dudley will be a good friend to Avery when she�s little older, just like he is with Hayden.
Dudley and his family moved into their new house. I sent him some �housewarming� presents: some treats I got from Montgomery. Molly sent a picture of Dudley, Hayden, and Avery playing together. Molly said Dudley just got groomed on the day the picture was taken. He looks so handsome! Such curly long hair on his ears, and he doesn�t look skinny like a year ago. Molly also said, �He�s been doing just great in the new house and doesn�t seem at all disturbed by it. I�m sure he�s just happy to be with us as usual! We�ve been going on walks most nights after dinner through the new neighborhood and he�s been sniffing around and saying �woof� to any dogs we see.�
Molly sent some more pictures and videos of Dudley, Hayden, and Avery. From the videos of Dudley with Hayden and Avery, I could tell that Dudley is very calm and accepting of Hayden and Avery. He�s just such a mellow dog.
�We take a walk and have popsicles every night after dinner, and recently we started letting Hayden hold the leash some and he thinks it's so fun. He and Dudley always go a little bit ahead and lead the way!�
I sent Dudley a package of dog treats from California. Molly wrote, �Even though he�s not what I call a �food dog� (he isn�t all that excited about it), and doesn�t scarf treats down immediately, he eventually figures out they are good! I attached a pic of Dudley guarding his Frisbee in the back yard. He�s being a dickens lately and likes to play keep away instead of bringing it back!�
