I finally got a good shot of several birds I have seen. The first is the turkeys that hang around, but are nearly impossible to get near!
The second is the Summer Tanager I have been dying to capture on digital film.
The last picture was a HUGE surprise. I went to show Ron and Aileen (Michelles parents) the 5 Eastern Bluebird eggs in box #4, and lo and behold there were MORE!

What a bonus morning! I'm working in the utility room with Ron when I glance outside the window to catch sight of a blue bird. BUT... there was something odd about the way this bird's tail was splayed on the fence. It was definitely not an Eastern Bluebird. Then I couldn't believe my eyes! It was an Indigo bunting inside my fence!
And as I was sneaking out the door slowly to take pictures of this guy I glanced over to the other beck fence to find both the male AND female Summer Tanager on the fence!
COOOOOOOL!
