Anastasia
There are other attractions near Rock City, including Ruby Falls and Incline Railway, which do not allow pets.  Another attraction that allows pets is the Corn Maze.  We didnt have time to go, but I would love to go at least once in my lifetime.
Beautiful fall foliage atop Lookout Mountain.
Balanced Rock.  The top rock weighs over 1,000 tons.
Fairyland Caverns.  This is sort of the underground part of Rock City, and its warmer than the rest of the gardens.  Inside the caverns includes the Mother Goose Village and statues of gnomes working in the mines.  Frieda Carter, who with her husband developed their private estate into Rock City, commissioned dioramas of scenes from the Mother Goose stories and other fairy tales in 1947, and it took 17 years to finish.  The sculptures are lit with ultraviolet black light, looks very interesting in the dark in the caverns, and the Mother Goose one is huge.
Glittering gems in the caverns.
Anastasia sleeping in the hotel room in Chattanooga that night.  She was very good throughout the whole trip, and we all were very sleepy by the time we got to the hotel.
Stalactites and stalagmites from the cavern.
Dr. Ravis and his wife went to visit their families for Thanksgiving, so Samson the Basset got to stay with us for one week.  He is fascinated by the cat and tried to get her to play with him.  Here is Anastasia eating her Thanksgiving meal.  She got canned food for dinner.  Anastasia had to eat her meals in the bedroom while Samson was here because he kept trying to sniff her whenever he saw her.  So during meal and sleep times, I just closed the bedroom door and left Anastasia in here (the dogs and I slept in the livingroom), so she could have some quiet times.
