The name of the city where I live is Durango. Durango is (small) than many of the capitol cities in the country, like Guadalajara, Monterrey or Mexico City, which is the (big) city in the country and even in the continent.

The State of Durango is in the north region of Mexico, but it's located in the southernmost part of the north region. The state has 39 municiples, and each one has its own municipal seat. The City of Durango by itself is the (large) city in the State, but when it comes to metropolitan areas, Laguna, which is composed by the cities of Gomez Palacio and Lerdo, is (large) than Durango's metro area, which is composed only by the City of Durango.

The (long) river in the State is Nazas River, which is the main source of water for the Laguna Region. Other water sources in the state are the Tunal River and the Mezquital River, both of them are (close) to the City of Durango than Nazas River, but they carry less water flux.

But back to the city, Durango is one of the (old) cities in the country, and its buildings were once the (beautiful) constructions in the north of Mexico. Nowadays, Durango still has some beautiful buildings, and some of them are under restoration.
