| The show begins as the OSBWL Survivor logo explodes onto the screen, then goes up in flames. First Kefka and Sephiroth's faces appear on screen, then collide together and explode. Then the pairs of Zero and Snake and Squall and Barret do the same. The montage ends with the visage of the Rogue in full guerilla combat gear, rifle in hand. The first scene begins in the desert, the Wastelands. There is a deep canyon in between two combatants, on one side, the Arbiter. White tendril like wings extend from his back, his pistols crossed in a holster at his waist and a flaming sword extends from his wrist. On the other side is Damien Omen, horns extending from his head, glowing blood dripping from his temple, a blood red glowing sword in his head. The sword screams and howls with the voices of damned, savaged souls. Omen growls and let's loose a roar straight from Hell. The Arbiter leaps over the canyon and swings his blade, it meets the soulsword head on and the force knocks back Omen. Omen crawls back and deflects the Arbiter's shots. Both are tired from the days of battle. Arbiter: You grow weak Damien. Your days here are numbered, you did not manifest as I did. A fool. You expected things to be shorter. Omen: You've improved, but the fury of hell shall overcome you as it did before. Artbiter:NEVER! The Arbiter rushes in again and strikes Omen in the chest, then kicks him in the face. Omen reaches up and grips the Arbiter in a brutal powerbomb, slamming him into the dust. Dust rushes into the air, clouding Damien's vision and he backs up and brushes his hands off. Suddenly, as if rising from the dead, the Arbiter gets up, guns extended and begins to fire. 16 shot pierce Damien's hide, and swearing in the tongue of hellfire he retreats in a flash into the horizon. The Arbiter holsters his weapons and grins. The time of reckoning is come. With a flash he returns to Heaven to prepare the last assault. :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: Meanwhile at the OSBWL headquarters, Wario is arguing with Joey Styles and Jerry Lawler. Lawler~No way in hell am I going to some island off the coast of Hawaii. I'm staying right here or I walk Styles: I'm with the big guy, yeah, whatever he said. Wario~Look, you people spent what, oh four months in the GODDAMN BAHAMAS! A TROPICAL ISLAND! And you are telling me that you can't spend a DAY of film time at ANOTHER tropical island off the coast of Hawaii? Lawler and Styles exchange glances as a ashtry full of ash falls off of Wario's cubana. Styles: Wario, in the Bahamas the worst you can get is the ocassional hurricane. It's also civilized. This place you're sending us is a goddamn tropical island, that is guarenteed to get a heavy typhoon the day we arrive, it's prone to earthquakes since it's in the ring of fire AND it's inhabited by a tribe of cannibals! Lawler(chuckling)Jeez. Much as I want to see Joey here do an impression of Ray Liotta in Hannibal, I'll pass thanks. Styles: I am not stepping foot on any beach in the pacific. Absolutely not. Wario: Fine, I know just who to send. :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: The scene switches to an cargo airplane speeding through the sky. In the hold, Snake, Kefka, Sephiroth, Zero, Squall and Barrett sit while the Rogue gives out instructions. The Rogue: OK, we're on this island for one day. Basically you all get twelve hours tops to maim, maul and destroy each other. There are no rules. You each have a basic weapon, Squall, Sephiroth and Kefka all of swords, Zero and Barrett have gunarms and Snake has a 9mm and a FAMAS and a badass sniper rifle hooked to his back. Now- The Rogue is interrupted by a thud to the airplane. Thick demonhide scrapes down the side of the plane as the Arbiter and Omen do battle in the sky. Omen growls and lets loose hell breath, which knocks back Arbiter. The Arbiter rushes forward and nukes Omen with Heaven's Blast directly from his sword. He follows this up with several quick slashes and Omen knocks on the plane with his fist in pain. This causes the cargo door to fly open. Squall sees a chance and rushes forward and powerbombs Barret to the ground. He drags the big guy towards the door, when Barret awakes and shoots Squall in the arm. Squall roars with pain as Barret leaps up and grabs him in the sleeper hold yelling "I pity the fool, I pity the fool!" Squall screams and collapses to the ground and slips out of Barret's grasp. Barret powerslams him and then goes in for a pile driver. Barret is stopped however when his chest blooms with flesh, a large shotgun slug has just lodged itself in his spine. Eyes open in shock, he places a hand on his chest, feeling the heavy blood flow. The Rogue stands with the smoking gun, sunglasses hiding his eyes, but not his dark smile. Squall gets up and pushes Barret who gets sucked out into the sky, twirling and tumbling amongst the clouds. The Rogue heads over to the switch and closes the doors, then continues. The Rogue~Now, I will be in the central command center at the islands core. It is surrounded by four double turrets, automatic fire. The outside is mined. The only way you're getting in is if you have a serious, serious injury. And if you get through the defenses with no injury, you will be shot. Anyone who tries to get off the island will be found, have his legs broken then deposited in the middle of the forest where either the cannibals will find him or his opponents. I will also be going out from time to time to make things "interesting". Believe me, you won't even know I'm there. Sephiroth~How do we win? The Rogue~Glad you asked. Now there are five of you right? You're each fitted with a small earpiece. It will tell you when one player is eliminated. When you hear four people eliminated and your name isn't one of them, head back to camp to get the prizes. Kefka~What if nobody's one in twelve hours? The Rogue~Then I go in for the "sudden death element" I start hunting the lot of you and whomever I find last. Believe me, I'm a very good shot. Snake~What if we shoot you The Rogue~Cocky as it may sound, you just try Snake, you just try. The plane starts it's descent, in the sky flashes still boom as the Arbiter and Damien keep at it. Suddenly, the two rocket down towards Earth and land on the island. Meanwhile, the plane lands on the edge and the five players exit and head into the jungle as insects chirp and birds hoot. The Rogue heads off the plane in full guerilla camoflauge equipment. Two 9mm are strapped to his waist, a combat knife to his calf, a hunting knife across his chest, ammo on his cheste and on his belt, two assault rifles strapped to his back, a small pack of grenades and silver, mahogany plated magnum on his other calf. In the back, amongst the supply crates is a small rustle and the Rogue pulls both pistols and heads back. Ethan Hunt crawls out, also in full combat gear, though armed with less weaponry. The Rogue picks him up by the neck and with a sneer says The Rogue~What the hell are you doing hear you son of a bitch Hunt~Omen, it's Omen, I'm trying to get away from that demon! The Rogue~Omen huh. I have a score to settle with that punk ass bitch. Hunt~You fool! It's the legion commander of Satan himself! He'll kill you! The Rogue~Shut up you. You're coming to camp with me! You'll stay in my site until we head back. If you leave, I shoot you. Hunt gulps and the scene wipes(ala Star Wars) :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: The five head into the jungle through the brush. Squall looks around, gunblade out. Squall~Do you guys wanna split up or just fight right here? Snake~Well Squall, Kefka, Zero, Sephiroth and I figured we'd fight right here. Squall~Ok. I'd rather stalk you all through the woods, but I can go for that title right here! Kefka~Prepare thyself. Kefka and Sephiroth draw their blades and Squall moves into a defensive position. Snake disappears into the jungle, FAMAS held taut in front of him. Zero aims his gun arm and fires, but Squall deflects. Kefka moves in for the attack while Sephiroth whispers to Zero. Zero nods and heads off deeper into the woods. Kefka grabs Squall and punches him in the gut. Sephiroth comes in from behind and knees Squall in the spine, then gives him the atomic drop. Kefka kicks Squall in the head, then picks him up and powerslams him. Squall gets up but suddenly feels a dirty, grimy hand on his shoulder, then another hand. A dozen cannibals pick up Squall and disappear back into the jungle. Squall~Help me you bastards! Let's finish this, I don't wanna get eaten! I have a wife and children Sephiroth~Bullshit! Rinoa's cheating on you with Seifer Squall~That bitch! I'll get all of you when I get out of this, and Seifer too. Kefka~I'm sure. Kefka turns to Sephiroth Kefka~The next time we meet, I'll be going for you Sephiroth. Sephiroth~So be it....fool. :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: The Rogue and Ethan Hunt enter the camp and the Rogue throws Ethan to the ground next to a crate. The Rogue~You move, I will break you, understand? Hunt~Just keep me from Damien Omen, please! The Rogue~You know there's a lot I can get you back for right here. What would you think if I burned every part of your body for the next twelve hours? Or started cutting you up? Or how about crucifixtion? The wood isn't that great, but you would make a real spectacle! Hunt~NO JOKING! That demon will come for me if the Arbiter is close to destroying his manifestation. I don't wanna be possessed man! The Rogue~I think possesion would be good for you. Might improve your personality. Besides, if Omen possess you I can kill two birds with one gunshot. From the jungle, the Arbiter emerges, smoke behind him The Arbiter~Rogue! Good that you're hear. The Reckoning is come The Rogue~That was quick. So Damien's here huh? Hunt~Damien is HERE? The Rogue~I have a score to settle with that bitch. Lure him here and we'll both take care of him. The Arbiter~He is already here. Damien Omen in his nine feet of dark glory emerges from the jungle with a roar that makes the cannibals literally shit themselves as they boil Squall. The Arbiter turns around and slams his sword into Omen's side. The Rogue opens fire and Ethan Hunt runs out as quickly as he can. The Rogue sees him escape and yells to the Arbiter to hold Omen down while he goes after Hunt. The Arbiter barely hears him, so intensely is his combat. :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: Zero rushes through the jungle as fast as he can. Let them get rid of Squall first, then Snake, then each other. Be it Kefka or Sephiroth, I will return to finish him. In his hurry to evade the others, he finds himself on the other side of the island, near the plane landing pad. In the jungle, after Ethan Hunt, the Rogue sees Zeroes position. "I'll find Hunt later," he mutters and shoves off after Zero. Zero walks along on the beach and sees a few cannibals. They see him and rush at him. He remembers what they did to Squall, having heard the screams. He rushes at the first and drops into a slide, kicking out the first one's leg. The cannibal drops down and Zero turns around and gives him an elbow slam to the face. The other cannibal slams his wooden spear at Zero, but Zero's armor stops it. Zero grabs the cannibal by the neck and throws him over his head The cannibal somehow lands on his face and Zero begins a charge shot. Suddenly the cannibal goes down in a hail of automatic weapons fire. Zero lets loose his charge shot and the ground explodes where the shot lands. From the fire and dust emerges the Rogue, rifles drawn. He fires a series of shots into Zero's knee circuits and the cyborgs leg systems fail completely. With only his upper body to control, Zero tries for another shot, but the Rogue slaps him with a EMP pulser. Zero falls limp and the Rogue throws him over his shoulders and brings him back into the woods. He sets Zero down, reactivates his upper half and then sees Hunt in the trees. Hunt sees that he is found and begins to run and the Rogue gives chase. From above in the trees, Snake descends by a rope and barely avoids weapons fire from Zero. He lands next to Zero and punches the robot in the face. Zero goes senseless and Snake grins. Snake~All to easy. He places a plastic explosive on Zero's face and another on his body armor. He gets up quickly and runs off. The explosives detonate and a huge flame erupts into the sky, fire spreading out quickly, incinerating the the trees. Snake takes to the trees once again. :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: Kefka comes upon the remains of Zero. All that is left is flaming armor, ashes and circuits are spread about. Kefka~Pitiful. A blast of lightning hits next to him and from the sky Bahamut starts to float down, his mouth open ready to nuke Kefka Kefka~Very good Sephiroth, but not quite good enough. Grinning Kefka leaps into the air as Bahamut lets loose his burst of energy. The ground is completely nuked and anything left of Zero is vaporized. Kefka draws his sword, leaps upon Bahamut's head and buries the blade in the dragon's brain. The dragon king begins to shake and spasm and disappears in a bright light. Kefka floats in the air, surveying the island. Amongst the trees he can see Ethan Hunt. In the center of the island, Arbiter and Omen do battle with renewed intensity. And not far away, a little towards the beach, Sephiroth looks shocked that his opponent has bested the king of all dragons. Kefka grins and floats down to continue the games. :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: Sephiroth moves along in the jungle, contemplating his next move. He is considering using Knights of the Round, but wonders if he should risk such a drain to his powers. Above in the trees, Snake sits, Sniper rifle at the ready. With Sephiroth directly in his sites, he opens fire. One bullet streaks by and hits Sephiroth in the shoulder. The other hits a tree. Sephiroth looks up and with his power ignites the tree into flames. Snake drops down and opens fire with his FAMAS. Sephiroth is hit hard in the chest and falls. Snake, satisfied, heads after Kefka. :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: Ethan Hunt runs as fast as his legs will carry him. The leaves of the jungle smack him in the face as he flees. Behind him, barely out of breath, the Rogue pursues, both rifles in hand. The Rogue stops, shoulders the rifles and takes out his hunting knife. The Rogue~Come on out Ethan. I can do much worse to you than that demon ever could. Hunt~Kiss my ass Rogue. You try living with the knowledge that you're a demon's personal bitch. The Rogue~I was that bastards' personal bitch for three weeks in HELL! Hunt~I have no response to that. Hunt is too late to avoid the Rogue who has found his position by the sound of his voice. The Rogue slips his knife around Hunt's neck and holds it up to his throath. The Rogue~If you don't head back to camp right now I'll send you to hell in a second. Ethan Hunt gulps, and the bulge the saliva creates causes his skin to scrape the blade of the hunting knife and begin to bleed. He gets up as the Rogue sheaths the blade and heads obediently back to camp. :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: Snake rushes into a clearing, where Kefka is drawing runes in the dirt. Above, Odin streaks through the sky on his horse to deal with Sephiroth. Snake rushes up to Kefka and sticks his gun in the warrior's ear. Kefka~Do you really think you have me? Snake~I can kill you anytime I please. But not today. Today I'm gonna let you bleed. Kefka~Have you taken out Sephiroth? Snake~Of course I have. He bleeds right now. Kefka~Odd that I didn't hear his name. Sephiroth~Because I'm not dead. Sephiroth drives his sword into Snake's back and then barely avoids a swipe from Kefka. Kefka spears Sephiroth, but the grey haired one kicks him off and grabs him into a suplex.. Kefka grimaces but makes no sound as he hits the ground. Sephiroth, driven by rage takes Kefka and body slams him, then picks him up and powerslams him. He grabs Kefka and slams him up a rock face and punches him in the face, once, twice, three times. Snake starts to get up and pulls his gun, and Sephiroth puts Kefka in the way as Snake fires. The bullet hole goes right through Kefka's chest. Kefka~You really should have held your fire Snake. Snake screams as he bursts into flames. Sephiroth pushes Kefka into the fire then creats an ice block. Kefka's expression of rage is frozen in the ice. As Sephiroth starts to head away, the ice begins to crack and Kefka bursts out into the air, then lands down in front of Sephiroth. Sephiroth shakes his head and slides his sword through Kefka. Kefka falls to the ground, blood streaming out in gushes. Sephiroth takes his sword and heads back to camp. :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~: The Arbiter and Damien Omen continue to duke it out as the Rogue hauls Ethan Hunt back into camp. From the distance Sephiroth enters and the bullets from the turrets stop in midair in the protective field around him. The Rogue~You won Sephiroth, excellent. Sephiroth~I killed Kefka somewhere back there. The Rogue~No matter, I have a "clean up" crew coming in here at 0500 tomrrow. Sephiroth~Those two still duking it out. The Rogue~Of course The Arbiter slices open Omen's hide and the demon grabs the Arbiter by the neck and tries to strangel him. The Arbiter closes his eyes and disappears, appearing behind Damien and stabbing him in the back. Damien roars in pain and the Arbiter appears on top of him and prepares to drive the sword into his brain when Omen throws him off. The Rogue goes to bring Ethan to the bungalow and Sephiroth waits. From the woods, Kefka, bleeding and angry emerges. "The Pheonix" by Reveille begins to play. Sephiroth turns and ends up on the ground through a piledriver. Kefka drops down and goes for a crippler crossface but Sephiroth kicks up and hits Kefka in the groin. Kefka rolls off and picks up his sword, but Sephiroth throws his aside, so Kefka does the same. Sephiroth rushes in for a spear, but Kefka sidesteps and Sephiroth dives to the ground. Kefka takes advantage and goes for a leg drop. Sephiroth is hit hard in the back, so Kefka goes for another leg drop, then slams his palm into Sephiroth's neck. The Arbiter, thrown to the ground, barely fends off the blows that Damien swings off with his soulsword. Omen swipes with his clawed hand and hits the Arbiter good. Arbiter screams in pain and rolls to avoid the next swipe. With his sword he presses the attack, but Omen expertly parries, then taking the offensive, presses forward and throws the Arbiter off. The death ballet continues. Kefka gets up, satisfied he has won, but Sephiroth rolls over again and blasts Kefka with lightning. Kefka falls back and begins to crawl back, but Sephiroth blasts him with lightning every few seconds. Kefka starts to retort with his own energy blasts and the two magic blasts meet and explode. Kefka gets up and with his sword swings in for a deathblow, but is met with Sephiroth's masamune. Damien Omen suddenly lights the entire island aflame, every tree burning. With this distraction, he presses the attack harder and drives the Arbiter to the ground. Things look grim, but with a howl of rage, the Rogue leaps onto Omens back and drives the hunting knife into Omen's neck. The demon howls and the Rogue drops off, blasts him with automatic weapons fire, then slides between his legs and blasts him with the pistols. The demon falls and his physical body begins to decay to goo. The soul flys off into the bungalow, and Ethan Hunt screams with inhuman, tortorous yells. Kefka and Sephiroth meet blade for blade, honor forgotten now. Sephiroth is moving with more rage, Kefka with more grace. Sephiroth suddenly stops and when Kefka goes in for a deathblow, Sephiroth disappears into the ground. He pops up behind Kefka, and when he is about to drive his sword in, Kefka somersaults over Sephiroth's head and drives his own sword into Sephiroth. The great warrior finally goes down, flames all around him. From the bungalow, Ethan Hunt emerges, eyes glowing a bright red. He moves up to the Rogue and tries to hit him, but the Rogue punches him right in the face and Hunt goes down with a bloody nose. Hunt~Impossible, I should still have power! The Arbiter~John Fury took care of that. You're L'eieta is shattered. You must remain with your soul in that body, but with it's restrictions. I doubt your brother's will repair the stone soon, so you should be hear for quite some time. Hunt~NEVER! IMPOSSIBLE! The Arbiter takes the Rogue aside and whispers to him The Arbiter~Take Hunt into your stable. Now in his situation, it is best you closely watch him. I will return to heaven, but I will come back here in time to finish what I started. Lakathi and Mephisto will not repair the stone quickly, they would rather seize power. But the lesser demons will rise soon, the agitation is there. And when they do, the brothers will need Omen and then Omen will have no need for Hunt. In the end, it works out for you in a way. The Rogue nods in agreement and the Arbiter shoots back to heaven. At the edge of the clearing, Kefka raises his sword in victory. The Rogue goes over with the belt and hands him the OSBWL's first Millenial Title. To Sephiroth he hands the world title. The flames continue to burn as night falls. *************************************************************** Whoa. I'm pretty sure this was the first PPV I ever wrote up. Here's the Champion Rundown 1. New and FIRST EVER MILLENIAL CHAMPION-Kefka 2. The Next in the Illustrious line of World Champions-Sephiroth at long last. 3. Snake takes the Hardcore Belt 4. Zero(what remains) takes that US belt 5. And Squall gets the IC title. Barret has probably fallen into the Pacific, they'll find him. That's all folks. I believe the top five has been shaken up a bit. I'm goin to bed. |
