They serve as not only a liaison between our school, the state and national organization, but they help pool resources of the schools in our area so that we can learn from each other and not always have to reinvent the wheel. They cover Campbell and Osborne High School and over 15 middle and elementary school. We are very fortunate to have Osborne WELL represented on the Council Staff in that President Dee Rule and 2nd Vice President Kim Holtzclasw are active Osborne parents.
