Bruce Springsteen & The E. Street Band "1999-2000 Re-union Tour"
A lot of people from all over the world gathered in "The
promised land" Madison Square Garden (MSG) in June 2000.
The tickets were already sold out, though there were
10 days of concert at MSG, but Bruce provided some tickets sold on the
day of the concert for foreign fans. I stood in a line for a wristband
every night until morning in front of the MSG, and I could exchange the
wristband for the tickets. I saw 6 of the 10 concerts. |

Those were better days. On the off day of the shows, I visited Asbury Park
& Freehold with the other fans, which are Bruce's hometowns. Also,
I got acquainted with many people from the other countries. |

Of course the concerts were very exiting. And on another
day, between concerts, I was able to meet Steven who is the guitarist of
the E. Street Band. He was a very kind and friendly guy and he gave me
an autograph.
I went to Bruce's "1999-2000 re-union tour" in East Rutherford,
N.J. in the summer of 1999, but these MSG's shows were more complete than
the 1999 shows, and in this tour, he sang some new songs. These shows were
a last venue concert tour. I was very lucky that I could participate in
this "Last chance power drive".
