U.P. Diliman and U.P. Manila students in their last two years of undergraduate study in the following fields:
Applicants must be full-time bonafide students. They must be financially needy (parents' combined gross annual income does not exceed P200,000). They must have a GWA of at least 2.5 at the time of application and must have not been the subject of any disciplinary action. An equal number of men and women shall be recipients. 18 slots are available. The scholarships will begin June 2002.

The screening committee will interview on July 3, 2002 all applicants who pass the preliminary evaluation. The shortlist of applicants and schedules of individual interviews will be posted at the Dean/Director's Office and OSSS on July 1, 2002.
