Car pass and parking pass for AY 2003-2004 are now available at the OSA. The following are the requirements needed to apply for a car pass and parking pass:
- photocopy of car registration
- LTO lates official receipt (o.r.)
- letter of request/authorization from the company (if company vehicle)
- letter of request from parent or guardian
- photocopy of deed of sale (if 2nd hand vehicle)
- photocopy of latest Form 5
