Barangay Scholarship
To qualify for scholarship, please submit to Office of Student Affairs (OSA) the following documents:
A certification from the Office of the Mayor/Dept. of Local Government indicating position and effectivity of appointment
Birth certificate of student
Income Tax Return of the parents certified by a BIR official
True copy of grades (previous semester)
Affidavit (affiant barangay official) indicating the number of children enjoying the privilege.
