       The story of time and ruin is a unique one. They were brothers, but their names were no time and ruin not yet. But their names cannot be spoken for it is forbiden.
         The first we will call Time. Time was a peaceful man , he took life to a whole new level of logic. He spent hours days and even months working his art to a fine craft. See with his logic he gained an artistic aspect on life and wanted to show his fram of visualization to others."To look upon it as others would look upon it." thats how he would describe his point of view.
        The second we will call Ruin. Ruin was the completly differnt from his brother. He hated things that looked of grand divine. And often he esroyed things for no reason except that "It was to grand my brother here this makes it look better." Ruin nevere took the time to look at things. Either he liked them or he didn't.
         How the two fit in Rokugan is that they were both young samurai. Ronin and their own masters. They despised the great clans and fought with them against each other just to see how poorly they really were in battle. No one matched their skill in battle, well no one except the great Akodo family.
          It was a time of great hatred between the Crane and the Lion. But their has always been a hatred between Crane and Lion. Time and Ruin were in this time, and were hired by a Diadoji to lead their rage tag ronin troops against the Lion. Between the Brothers they had at least fifty-six men.
          When the battle started , the brothers thought that they would have the full suport of the Crane. But they were Crane what did you expect from a week military clan. The Diadoji general was quickly over run with a young Akodo's troops. He never stood a chance against the lion.
            The Daidoji general was in full retreit when he gave the order to the ronin troops. Time and Ruin looked at each other, no words past between them but they knew what they had to do. "I will give you the time you need brother for you to bring ruin upon both armies." Time shouted in fury. then quicky his small band rode after the Akodo General who was chasing down the Crane.
            " And I shall bring ruin upon the two clans , Behold my brother you have given me time enough to finish them both." Ruin said to himself with a wisper. And with that he motioned his archerors to fire their flaming arrows in the midst of both armys.
              The Crane could not run fast enough over the slick terrain on wich they were fleeing on. "How unusual " the Diadoji General thought to himself.
For the ground upon witch his army fled was covered with oil . Even the Akodo General saw his troops fall one too many times on this strange terrain.
              Once the generals noticed the terrain. Times army drew upon both and quickly disposed of each comander.
               Ruin saw both generals fall and he gave the order. Blackend arrows flew into the sky blacking it to a dark sight. Both armies heard the sound of arrows sing in the air, and took what cover they could. But it would not save them. Fire erupted throughout the battle field, bushi covered in flam. the land screaming from pain. Then the sky darkened again, water begain to fall from the heavy clouds that were summond by the Crane shungenja.
               It was to late, the fire that ate the armies died down. Painful screams came from all around from both side. Few lived, even Time the brother of Ruin was dead in the battlefeild. He lay scorched by his faithful followers.
               Ruin and his ronin were dead as well. It was a sacrifice they were prepared for, and one that they paid for with their lives.
                 And thus is the story of Time and Ruin.
