Orthodox Conversion to Judaism
The Thirteen Principles of Our Faith, According to RaMBaM
The Shloshah-Asar Ikkarim is included in Maimonides commentary in the Mishnah.  It is the 13 Principles of Articles of our Faith.

Ani Maamin....    (I believe....)

8. The belief in divine origin of the Torah.
This means that we must believe that the entire Torah, which was given to us from Moshe, is entirely from the mout of G-d.  In other words, that it all was conveyed to him from G-d.  (Bamidbar 21:18)
"Through this you shall know that G-d has sent me to do all these things, for they are not from my heart." (Bamidbar 16:28)

9. The belief in the immutability of the Torah.
Means that the Torah, and no other, was transribed from the Creator and we may not add to it or remove from it, not in the Written Torah or in the Oral Torah.
"... you shall not add to it, nor diminish from it" (devarim 13:1)

10. The belief in divine omniscience and providence.
Means that Hashem knows the actions of mankind and does not turn His eyes from them.
"And G-d saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth..." (Bereishis 6:5)
"And the Lord said, because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great..." (ibid. 18:20)

11. The belief in divine reward and retribution.
Hashem gives reward to one who obeys the commandements of the Torah and punishes one who violates its prohibitions.
[When Moshe says to G-d], " And now, if you will forgive teir sin; and if not, please remove me [from your book which you have written]" to which G-d responds, "...Whoever has sinned against me, him will I blot from my book" (Shemos 32:32-33)

12. The belief in the arrival of the Messiah and the messianic era.
This means to believe and be certian that Moshiach will come (may it be speedily in our days), and not to think that he is late in coming.  You should not set a time for him, and you should not make calculations in Scripture to determine the time of his coming.  Moshiach will possess advantages, superiority, and honor to a greater degree than all the kings that have ever existed, as was prophesied regarding him by all the prophets.  One who doubts this or who minimizes his greatness denies the Torah that testifies explivitly to the comming of Moshiach.  Included in this principle is that there is no king to the Jewish people except from the house of David and the seed of Salomon alone.

13. the belief in the resurrection of the dead.
Forty years after the coming of Moshiach there will be resurrection of the dead, and all who are lying in the dust will rise to new life.  Great tzaddikim  will rise immediatly after the arrival of Moshiach (may it happen speedily in our days)
