includes all Sea Scouting in the 17 state Central Region. The states all or partially included in Central region are the Following: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana,
Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota,
West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Virginia.
