Ceres, Guardian of Witches and Wicca

Candicen is, arguabley, the cutest of the Orshillans. She's the love child of an amorous king and a coniving princess/magess, and spent a good chunk of her early life in exile. Thus, she never learned what tact was, so many people instinctively wince when she gets that far away look on her face, because they know something absurd is about to be said.
