Or choose what you feel is the appropriate value within the range.
Then apply modifiers below.
Base levels:
1-3 = Poor health - your immune system has serious flaws and you catch lots of colds, flu and other annoying diseases.
4-5 = Average - you catch a few colds a year. You caught 1 or 2 of the normal chilhood diseases like chikenpox or strep throat.
5-7 = Above Average - you rarely catch anything and have never caught a serious disease.
7-8 = Excellent - Never been sick a day in your life.

by best score achieved on the two following tests. Percentile
ranking refers to standardized Intelligence tests which generate
a percentile standing. If your results indicate two different
INT scores, average them.

4 = Used actively at least once a week. Typical skill level of a Tradesman.
5-6 = Marksmanship of an Experienced Regular or a member of an Elite Military Unit. Superior Ability
6 = Used actively almost every day. Typical skill level of a Craftsman.
7 = Marksmanship of a SWAT Sniper.
8 = Used Professionally among top 10%. Expert Ability. Marksmanship of a Military Professional Sniper.
9 = Used Professionally among top 1%. Marksmanship of an Olympic Caliber shooter. Reknowned Ability
10 = Used Professionally among top 0.1%. Near-Legendary Ability
Try to be as fair as possible. Skills which haven't been used
in several years should be downgraded as a reflection.
