| #2 Animals sold as Pets must be spayed or neutered by 6 Months of age and provide documentation of spay/neuter from the Veterinarian or pay a additional charge of ___________ for breeding rights. Or breeder can take the cat at buyers loss. CFA paper work will be held until receipt of spay/neuter is received from a licensed veterinarian. |
| #3The buyer has 72 hours to have the cat/kitten examined by a licensed Veterinarian.(please have sex verified)if cat is found unhealthy. The cat/kitten must be immediately returned to breeder with a detailed explanation of all health problems found. If buyer complies with these rules then seller aggress to re-place the cat/kitten with one of equal value. If none available then the breeder agrees to re-fund the amount of purchase-minus all shipping prices. all shipping will be paid buy buyer. (Even that of the re-placement cat/kitten) |
| #4 in regards to P.K.D. Most Parents or the Grand Parents have been tested and are negative but still does not guarantee the Kitten in anyway. there is no -guarantee on p.k.d. since kittens have not been scanned. If any warrantee is given to a breeder for re-placement then must be stated at bottom of this contract. |
| #5 After the seller ships the cat to the buyer, all expenses relating to the Persian are the buyers sole responsibility. Tina's Pets strive to provide a healthy cat free of disease and parasites. Immunizations are provided by seller or my Veterinarian at the Animal Clinic (801) 561-9271 #6 The buyer needs to notify the breeder first before any sell or trade of this cat/kitten is made. #7 Any of my cats found to be abused or severely neglected will be surrendered to me immediately at buyers loss.
