| Pentheselia (AKA "Penny") is my furless girl I got last summer (2000). Sorry, she's even worse then Mouse when it comes to being photogenic! I took this picture through the glass of the aquarium before I cleaned i that week, that explains why she looks dirty... I got her form a petshop that reaked so bad that you needed a gas mask to get in! I couldn't leave her there, with her two mature brothers to keep breeding untill she died of bad conditions so I bought her and she's very happy here. Although friegtened of humans and not trust worthy she's calmed down ALLOT and is a great rat. below are some pictures of her litter she had... Aren't they cute?? (sorry, haven't got them up yet) Unfortunatly that litter died. :( Dispite my best effots in trying to hand-feed them they died. The reason I attempted to han-feed them every TWO HOURS was because their mother couldn't lactate.. The last died at 6 days old.. I expect if she was fed right and properally cared for she probably would have had a much larger, healthier litter.. The two boys are on the top and the three girls on the boon the bottom...
