| Colonial Williamsburg Meets Boys Town. In order to attract international tourists and sponsors, both campuses are specifically designed with Victorian and ethnological themes. In the States there is the Mayflower Plantation, Sturbridge Village and Colonial Williamsburg. Not to mention Disneyland. In Indonesia there is Taman Mini, a kind of ethnographic theme park located on the outskirts of Jakarta, which seeks to display and interpret the cultural variation of Indonesia. There is a house for each province to represent the vernacular architecture of each region and distinctive local hand weapons, textiles, and books explaining the customs of the region are sold. |

| Victorian Guest Cottages. The Victorian Cottages will surround a 10,000 sq. ft. (3,000 sq. m.) covered pavilion similar to the Tabernacle at the Oak Bluffs Campground on Marthas Vineyard. The floor will be concrete or brick, the sides open, and the high roof covered with intentionally primitive, unpainted sheet metal left to rust, matching the surrounding landscape. Folding chairs will provide seating for 600, making the pavilion each Institutes largest capacity gathering space. The pavilions on each campus will be used for graduations, concerts, etc. With temperatures often reaching the 90s [___ c] in both countries, they may well prove to be the most com-fortable locations on both campuses. |
| America Houses. Each campus will feature a home to be known as American House. These houses will follow the Victorian Guest Cottage motif and be built as fine Victorian homes, minus the fireplace and chimney, not needed on the equator. Each America House will be used on-campus to house important guests visiting from within the country of from abroad and will be open to the general campus population on special occasions such as New Years Day, Devali (Hindu Festival of Lights), Christmas, Ramadan, July 4, Republic Day (August [5] in Indonesia, February 23 in Guyana), etc. |
| With the theme of The Victorian World at the Turn of the Century, the each campus 18 Victorian Guest Cottages on each campus will offer the most gracious facilities for the Timeshare to Elder-care Program at each campus.
